Anyone who speaks ill against the world only adds more misery,

while anyone who honestly speaks healing to others will bring peace.

You words can authorize the most blessed or cursed of circumstances.

Sticks and stones may break one's bones, but words change reality.

Guard your words with all diligence, for they determine your life.

If all your speech is harmful, then you will suffer harm,

and if you speak only peace, then you will live peacefully.

Words of peace and blessings are words of healing for all,

and words of mercy and forgiveness are words of diligent love.

Speak the peaceful world you desire, and work patiently towards it.

Deny darkness any verbal place, and speak the light of brotherhood.
